Shipping & Delivery
Purchases are shipped from our facility in Ongole by our Factory delivery team & reputed courier agencies.
We have next day delivery option available, orders are processed as per the delivery date selected by the user while placing their order.
Order deliveries will be made between : 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM Monday – Sunday. Excluding public holidays.
For any complaints with regards to your order (missing items, quality, delivery) please contact customer care within 24 hours of your order delivery for resolution, we will not be liable for any complaint later than that.
Shipping Charges & Minimum Order Value
We ship products throughout AP and all orders qualify for free shipping. The minimum required order value is Rs.300
Payment Options
Pudami Paper Bags is set up to take immediate orders online through the Razorpay payment gateway and also accept Cash on delivery (COD).
Pricing Policy
Product prices listed are current, however these are subject to change without advance notice. All prices on this website are processed in Indian Rupees. All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at price in effect at the time of shipping.
Cancellation Policy
If the address given is not in our delivery list of areas or in case of any other unforeseen circumstances, we may cancel the order. Please note: If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders.
Return & Refunds
Our customers are entitled to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and make the necessary adjustments to their order value in case of cash on delivery/process an online refund in case of paid orders.
